Correspondence between John Holker, Esquire, inspector general of trade and manufactures, and late consul general, of France, and Robert Morris, Esquire, late superintendant of the finances of the United States. To which is annexed a memorial, relative to the transactions between them, and to the principles on which Mr. Morris offered a final settlement thereof, by his letter of the 26th of February, 1784.
