dc.description.abstract Comprises three articles entitled "To the peace makers," numbered IV-VI and signed: A. [ornament] N.P. of S.J.A. & N.I. Attributed to McNutt by Evans. Presumably printed by Robert Aitken, who printed McNutt's "The constitution and form of government of the free and independent state and commonwealth of New Ireland" (Evans 16824) in 1780.
