dc.description.abstract In part a reply to: Herle, Charles. A fuller answer to a treatise written by Doctor Ferne, entituled The resolving of conscience upon this question. The imprint is false. "This is a paginatim and almost lineatim reprint of the true Oxford edition, done in London. On page 85 are four "Errata", not in the original. On page 2 line 9 begins 'stake is in him', not as in the original 'him that coplains'"--Madan. The last leaf is blank. In this edition, line 13 of title page has "fuller" (lowercased). Annotation on Thomason copy: "Aprill 18th". Reproduction of the original in the British Library.
