Jun. 1662.; imprimatur leaf is A1v. With marginal notes, tables of contents, and "To the King's most excellent Majesty" preface's throughout. With a final advertisement page. "The rights of kings, both in church & state" has caption title, separate pagination, register beginning with 3A, errata at foot of p. 130, and a contents leaf at end of text. "Psal. 39.5." has caption title, separate pagination, register beginning with 4A, and running title: The vanitie of everie man. O Copy lacks signatures 2A1, 2I4, 2K1, 2Q3, 2Q3, 3A1; m'film lacks final advertisement page. Ls Copy lacks all before p. 12 of "Psal. 39.5." on microfilm.
