Latin original not traced. Signatures: A-K L² . With two final contents leaves. Reproduction of a photostat in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery of the original in the British Library. Print covered on D4, H5, and H7 of the photostat; quires D and H from the British Library copy spliced at end.
