Envoi and colophon, leaf following s4, read: .. and wynkyn de worde this hath sett in prynt in willyam Caxtons hows .. Finit felicit[er] liber intitulatus Scala perfeccionis inpressus a[n]no salutis· M.cccc.lxxxxiiii. Signatures: a⁴ b-q r⁶ s⁴ chi¹; A B⁶.
