Bishop's name from STC. The first leaf is blank except for signature-mark "A". "The declaration of our most Holie Lord Pope Sixtus", a translation of "Declaratio contra Henricum Borbonium", 9 Sept. 1585, leaves Y2-7. With a final errata leaf. Identified as STC 22589 on UMI microfilm. Reproduction of the original in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery.
