This is a Project Gutenberg Etext of Sophocles' Oedipus Trilogy.

The Oedipus Trilogy by Sophocles is being released as one file--

thus minimizing directory entries, commands required to get this
trilogy, and testing a policy of releasing collections as single
files, rather than individual files, much as we released a Bible
this week in honor of Easter, and may release the complete works
of Shakespeare as a single file. If we don't do this, we should
have some major directory problems. If we get enough requests--
we will open a separate directory for each edition of the Bible,
Shakespeare, and similar collections, and put each separate book
there by name for those who would prefer to get just one of this
collection, just one book of the Bible, the Book of Mormon, etc.
However, the number of requests will have to be large as you may
well imagine the amount of work and space required.

Corrected EDITIONS of our etexts get a new NUMBER, uscen901.txt.
VERSIONS based on separate sources . . .
