LIves a Doctor of great Experience, (who by Gods blessing) hath admirable success in the Cure of all Diseases incident to the bodies of Men, Women, and Children. He cureth all sorts of Agues in general, Feavers, Scurvy, Dropsie, Convulsion fits, Falling-sickness, he gives present ease in the Cholica Passio, or Griping of the Guts, Pains in the Stomack, the Spleen, Plurisie, Gravel, Stone, difficulty in making water, the fits of the Mother: He cureth all sorts of Coughs and Consumptions, Swounding, Fainting-fits, Worms. Rickets in Children. He giveth present ease to those that are troubled with the Gout (though never so bad) He cures the griping pain in the sides, Green-sickness in Virgins (though never so weak) Weakness in the back, Feebleness in the limbs in old Folks or Children. He cureth the Jaundies black and yellow, Rupture or Broken-bellied, without a Truss. If there be any Gentlewoman or others, that are troubled with any distempers in their Breasts, be they what they will, he hath a very rare way in curing of them in a very short time. He hath a very secret and safe way for curing the Morbus Gallicus, called the French POX, the Runing of the Reins, and all Venereal Distempers, without fluxing, so that a man shall not perceive it by his wife, nor the wife by the Husband, and none of their Relations shall take any notice of their distemper, to the admiration of the Patient. He cures all diseases that are curable, both internal and external: he will give his advice to all for nothing.
He is a person of that quality, that will not promise more than perform, he will undertake none, unless he can cure them.
If there be any poor people that are not able to go to the charge of being cured, he will cure them for nothing.
Let none be afraid to come to him, because of the long continuance of their distemper, for he hath cured those that have been given over by other Doctors
His hours are from 8 in the Morning to 4 in the Afternoon. You may know the Doctors house by the White pales before the door.

TO you that ask where hath he cured any? I shall direct you to as many as this Bill will conveniently contain. He cured one Mr. Wells of a Dropsie, he is a Bellows maker by trade, and liveth in Black-Lion Court in Gravel- ane in Hounds-ditch, he was so bad, that all that saw him thought he would not live a day, all the parts of his body were so much swelled, that the like was never seen for any one to live, if you would have gave him never so much he could not sit up in his Bed his breath was so short, and he so much swelled, that he lay like one labouring for Life. He cured Mr. Farros a Scrivener in Black-Wall of the Griping of the Guts, he lay six weeks and none could give him ease. He cured Mr. Smith a Cole-meeter, and his Son in Black Jack Alley in East-smith-field, of a Consumption, Cough and Feaver, which brought them very low, that he did not expect them to live. He cured the daughter of Madam Strugle in Tuttle street Westminster of Convulsion-fits, she had them from the time she was born while she was fifteen years old, sometimes she would have four fits in a day, sometimes more, and sometimes less, he cured her in three weeks. He hath a Medicine that will never fail in old or young, let them be Convulsion fits, or fits of the Mother, or any Distemper caused by Vapours from the Spleen. He cured the Son of Mr. Dawson in St. Catherines-lane near Tower-hill, of a very high malignant Feaver, and griping in the Guts, they had been from Doctor t Doctor, and none could give him ease, while he came to him, and he gave him ease in a quarter of an hour, and setting him upon his Legs in 3 or 4 days. He cured the Wife of Mr. Jones in Lime-house near London, of a pain in her Limbs which she had 5 years. He cured Mrs. Morris in Poplers, near the Pond, right over against the Green-man, which was in a very bad condition with the Scurvy, she had used so many Medicines, and spent so much Mony, that she began to despair of ever being cured. He cured the Daughter of Mr. Smith in King street Westminster of Fits of the Mother, she had sometimes 20 fits in a day in a very short time. He cured Mrs. Fardel of the Scurvy in Red-Cross-street. In Nightingale Lane in East-smith-field. He cured Mrs Clark of a very great Cough and shortness of Breath, she liveth in Leaden-Hall-street in Black-Raven Ally. He cured Mr. Sedown a Butcher in Harrow ally in White-Chapple of a stoppage in his Stomach, he cured his Wife of a very high Feaver, and lay distracted for some time, all that did see her did not expect she would live, he cured her in 3 or 4 days. He cured the Son of Mr. Sedown of a hective Feavor, and very much fal'n away with a Consumption, and often times taken with a violent Coughing, which was ready to strangle him. He cured Mr. Howlding and his Wife in Read-cross-street in East-smith-field, they lay both distracted with a very high Feaver at one time. He cured Mr. Bowshil and his Wife in the same street of a very high Feaver. He cured Mr. Bryan in the Grange-yard near Whitsters-yard in Southwark of a Consumption Cough. He cured the Wife of Mr. Edmunds in Whitesters-yard in Southwark of a Feaver, and stoppage at her Stomach. He cured the Son of Mr. Moon of Convulsion fits, he lived in Shaksby's Walk in Shadwel, his Son was born with them into the World, and all his Children dyed of them, but this which he cured in a very short time. He cured Mrs. Rawlinson in Sun-yard in East-smith-field, of a great pain in her head, which she had been troubled with some years, and had been with many Doctors and could have no help while she came to him. He cured Mrs. Cook of the Scurvy and yellow Jaundies, she was so weak that she could not rise out of her bed, she liveth at the 3 Compasses in East-smith field. And many hundreds more that he could set Down if his Bill were larger. He hath a Book coming out which will give you an account at large, of many hundreds more that he hath cured in and about London.
