THE CASE OF George Booth, Esq To be Considered before the Committee of Elections, the 22th. of November 1689.

CHarles Boon Esq Late one of the Burgesses for the Burrough of Dartmouth, in the County of Devon dy­ing; a Writ issued for the Electing of a Burgess for the said Burrough, in the Room of the said Mr. Boon; And the Precept coming to the proper Officer, the Free­men of the said Burrough were Summoned to the Electi­on; And Mr. Booth had the Majority, by many of the Freemen, who had a Right to Vote; And was lawfully Re­turned by the proper Officer.

All which Mr. Booth will make out, at the Hearing be­fore the Committee.
