AN ACT For Continuance of a former Act For Setling the MILITIA OF THIS COMMON-WEALTH.

BE it Ordained and Enacted by this present Parliament, and by Authority of the same, That the Act, Entituled, An Act for Setling of the Militia of the Commonwealth of ENGLAND, and all and every the Powers therein contained, shall be in force and have continuance to all intents and purposes, until the First day of May, One thousand six hundred fifty and one, Any thing in the said former Act contained, or otherwise to the contrary notwithstand­ing.

ORdered by the Parliament, That this Act be forthwith printed and published.
